Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) supplements the Terms of Service. It describes behaviors that are prohibited when using Round Table AI, our APIs, or any connected infrastructure.

1. Lawful Use Only

You may not use the service to break any law or regulation, including export controls, privacy laws, or intellectual property rights.

2. Respectful Content

  • Do not generate or distribute content that is hateful, harassing, or violent.
  • Do not transmit sexual content involving minors or exploitative material.
  • Do not solicit personally identifiable information or passwords from other users.

3. Security & Abuse

  • No probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of any Round Table AI system without written permission.
  • No interfering with other customers’ usage through denial-of-service attacks, excessive traffic, or automated scraping.
  • Do not attempt to bypass quotas, token limits, or rate limiting implemented in the application or backend APIs.

4. Fair Use of AI Providers

  • Do not use Round Table AI to violate the terms of Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, or Google.
  • Do not mask the true origin of traffic or spoof provider authentication.
  • Do not repackage or resell AI responses as a competing API without a commercial agreement.

5. Data Handling

  • Do not upload regulated or highly sensitive personal data (PCI, PHI, national IDs) unless you have a written agreement that covers that data type.
  • Remove any third-party data if you no longer have a lawful basis to process it.
  • Use the built-in encryption and access controls; do not attempt to disable safeguards.

6. Automation & Bots

  • Automated usage must stay within published plan limits.
  • Bots that interact with other users must clearly identify themselves as automated.

7. Reporting

Report abuse or policy violations to security@round-table.ai. We evaluate every report and may suspend access while we investigate.

8. Enforcement

We reserve the right to warn, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this AUP. Serious violations may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
